Lavender Syrup Cocktail & Mocktail Recipes

Still Lavender Syrup is quietly complex — floral, honeyed, with a subtle citrus lift. It works beautifully in gin cocktails, sparkling drinks, and coffee. Here’s how we use it.
Purple Haze
Floral, citrus-forward, elegant. Serve in a coupe.
Cocktail
- 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
- 1 oz Still Lavender Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and double strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish needed — let the color do the work.
Mocktail
- 1 oz Still Lavender Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz sparkling water
- Splash of tonic
Method: Shake syrup and lemon over ice. Strain into a coupe and top with sparkling water and a splash of tonic. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
Lavender Iced Latte
Floral brightness that cuts right through the roast.
- 1 oz Still Lavender Syrup
- 2 oz espresso or strong cold brew
- 4 oz oat milk or whole milk
- Ice
Method: Fill a glass with ice. Add syrup and espresso, stir to combine. Pour milk over the top and serve.
Try it hot: stir syrup into a fresh espresso shot, steam your milk, and pour over.
