Still Fig Spice Syrup layers rich fig, orange, honey, and warm spice. It has enough depth to stand up to espresso and bourbon, while its citrus lift keeps tequila drinks bright.
Fig Spice Latte
Warm, silky, and built to let the fig and orange notes come through the espresso.
- 2 oz espresso, about a double shot
- 3/4 oz Still Fig Spice Syrup
- 6 oz steamed whole milk or oat milk
- Pinch of cinnamon, optional
Method: Add the Fig Spice Syrup to a mug and pull the espresso directly over it. Stir until fully combined. Pour in steamed milk and finish with a light dusting of cinnamon if desired.
Iced Fig Spice Shaken Espresso
Bright espresso, deep fig, and a creamy finish without burying the syrup.
- 2 oz espresso, about a double shot
- 3/4 oz Still Fig Spice Syrup
- 2 oz oat milk or whole milk
- Ice
- Orange peel, optional
Method: Add hot espresso and Fig Spice Syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Pour over fresh ice and top with milk. Express an orange peel over the glass for a brighter citrus finish.

A fall margarita that keeps the tequila bright while bringing in ripe fig, orange, and warm spice.
- 2 oz reposado tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz Still Fig Spice Syrup

- 1/2 oz Still Fig Spice Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and lightly diluted. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
