5 Year Rum Fashion
A split-base Old Fashioned with depth, warmth, and serious complexity.
Cocktail
- 1 oz Plantation Dark Rum
- 1 oz Plantation 5 Year Rum
- 1/2 oz Still Citrus Spice Syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Method: Combine in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
Mocktail
- 1/2 oz Still Citrus Spice Syrup
- 2 oz strong black tea, cooled
- 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
- 2 dashes non-alcoholic bitters
Method: Stir over ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with an orange peel.

A bright, bubbly twist on a French 75. Made for celebrations.
Cocktail
- 2 oz Adventure Spirits Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Still Citrus Spice Syrup
- Top with Prosecco
Method: Shake gin, lemon, and syrup over ice. Strain into a flute or coupe and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Mocktail
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Still Citrus Spice Syrup
- 1 oz white grape juice
- Top with sparkling water or non-alcoholic bubbly
Method: Shake lemon, syrup, and grape juice over ice. Strain into a flute and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon twist.
