Still Chai Syrup brings warm spice — cinnamon, cardamom, ginger — to everything from a cozy latte to a stirred bourbon cocktail. Two very different drinks, one bottle.
Sweater Weather
Warm spice, creamy, a riff on a Boozy Horchata.
Cocktail
- 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1 oz Still Chai Syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz half & half
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or serve up in a coupe.
Mocktail
- 1 oz Still Chai Syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz half & half
- 2 oz oat milk
- Ice
Method: Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a rocks glass. Dust with cinnamon to finish.
Chai Old Fashioned
Bourbon, spice, and everything nice. A stirred classic.
Cocktail
- 2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Still Chai Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method: Combine in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
Mocktail
- 2 oz strong cold brew coffee
- 3/4 oz Still Chai Syrup
- 2 dashes non-alcoholic bitters (or a drop of vanilla extract)
Method: Stir over ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
Chai Latte
Skip the coffee shop. Make it at home in two minutes.
- 1–1.5 oz Still Chai Syrup
- 8 oz steamed oat milk or whole milk
- Optional: 1 shot espresso for a dirty chai
Method (Hot): Add syrup to your mug. Steam milk and pour over. Add espresso if making dirty. Dust with cinnamon.
Method (Iced): Fill a glass with ice. Add syrup, cold milk, and cold brew or espresso if using. Stir and serve.
